Excellent weekend

Great party with friends
I was at Panorama SPA Complex with my friends from our folklore club. We spent here the birthday of our club and it proved to be the best birthday party ever. Everything was well organized, the staff was friendly. We enjoyed tasty food and a very good comfort in the rooms.

Nice, hotel in the middle of the Balkans
The hotel has great views. New, clean and welcoming hotel. The rooms are large and great. Large bathroom, bright and cozy. There is a nice pool outside. There is a playground with grass for children. Outside with a nice view of the Balkans.

Good facilities but devastating service
Quite good hotel with very beautiful panorama view. The quality of the food in the restaurant was very good... if you can wait for 1,5 hour to get your dish. The rooms are really large, e.g. 30 sq.m. for a double.

Hotel Management discards stray cats in plastic bags
The management is just disgusting, as when we stayed there, we rescued a stray kitten from a tied waste bag, which should be just thrown away to die. They seem to do this on a regular basis, as the guy who wanted to pick up the waste was familiar with that practice.
