В спа-центре делают отличные эффективные процедуры. Я посетила сеанс обертывания, пилинга и общего ухода для тела, кожа стала гладкой, подтянутой и бархатистой. Также очень понравился общий классический массаж. Хорошо промяли мышцы и разогнали кровь. Стала чувствовать себя гораздо бодрее и лучше.

The only issue with this hotel was when we arrived late after a long day travelling. We had a great weeks stay at the Premier. It is in a lovely quiet location just off of the centre of Bansko and a short walk / drive to the main gondola. Great Hotel in a Great Location

The rooms or suites are enormous for a holiday hotel, with separate sitting area away from the bedroom and toilet room.

We stayed at this hotel for a week while we skied in Bansko. The hotel is lovely- the junior suite was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay in Bansko
We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights for a skiing trip during February half term. The hotel is comfortable, warm and clean, offering customer’s a welcome rest from a day of skiing. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Wonderful Stay
I will get the single negative point out of the way. This is NOT a 5 star resort. It might have been once, but the building is quite tired and the rooms in big need of refurbishment. The decor is very outdated.

Fantastic hotel
Very much enjoyed our stay here. Mid-week break with friends, had the indoor and outdoor pool and spa to ourselves and lovely massages each too. Excellent value. Breakfast great. Very quiet at night, away from the main town.

Really nice spa treatment

We stayed for 1 week with our 6 year old. Paid a small extra amount for a superior room. This meant my daughter had a double sofa bed and we had a separate bedroom with enough space to get dressed etc.
I would say rooms more 4 star but reception and bar area 5 star, but that is British standards. Complimentary wine and water in room.
