В спа-центре делают отличные эффективные процедуры. Я посетила сеанс обертывания, пилинга и общего ухода для тела, кожа стала гладкой, подтянутой и бархатистой. Также очень понравился общий классический массаж. Хорошо промяли мышцы и разогнали кровь. Стала чувствовать себя гораздо бодрее и лучше.

Half term ski holiday with the family
First family ski holiday (my 7th ski trip however) and we will definitively return. Stayed for 7 nights in an executive room (family of 5) so had one double en-suite, a twin, large living area with a sofa bed and and family bathroom. Very clean and had all the usual amenities you would expect of a 5 star hotel....

We are satisfied with hotel in generally except the room ( at least 326) is not big enough for 6 people since it has 1 toilet and only one wardrobe and basically we could not unpack properly.Cleaning was excellent,sleeping was not perfect because of the heating.In generally it was very good holiday.

Wonderful Stay
I will get the single negative point out of the way. This is NOT a 5 star resort. It might have been once, but the building is quite tired and the rooms in big need of refurbishment. The decor is very outdated.

Like no other hotel.
We always love to stay at the Premier, it is a real treat. It is not like staying at any other hotel. You are made to feel so welcome where ever you go, nothing is too much trouble. My wife had a visit to the spa for the morning, she said was really nice and pool was fantastic. Staff were really helpful and a really nice atmosphere to relax in. Didn’t get a change to try the bar or restaurant on this occasion but will do I’m sure on a future visit.

We had a great weeks stay at the Premier. It is in a lovely quiet location just off of the centre of Bansko and a short walk / drive to the main gondola. Very much enjoyed our stay here. Mid-week break with friends, had the indoor and outdoor pool and spa to ourselves and lovely massages each too. Excellent value. Breakfast great. Very quiet at night, away from the main town.

Wonderful relax
We had very nice stay in a suit apartment. We had bedroom, lounge area, bathroom with sower and bath. The SPA area was also wonderfull. Everything was clean and the staff was superfriendly. We had a 15 minutes massage as a compliment from the hotel. It was amazing and we had full of relaxation time with our masseur Ani.

Great Snowboarding Honeymoon

Really nice spa treatment
