Замечательный отель, недалеко находятся интересные достопримечательности. Очень понравился спа-центр, там мне предложили попробовать общий классический массаж, пилинг и обертывание. Процедуры хорошие, кожа после них гладкая и нежная, а после массажа спало напряжение с мышц.

Comfortable hotel
Exterior good looking, Lounge nice big and clean, hotel staff friendly, corridors ok, rooms clean and comfortable, shower ok, views ok, price ok, recommended. Would come back. But if you want better go to the same hotel located by the lake. Same price but better location. Part of the same chain.

excelent hotel
For those that have car and wants a good hotel in Segovia area, is perfect. It's 15 minutes from Segovia and is placed in a excelent neigborhood. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, with everything to be needed. Excelent breakfast and free parking.
I would recomend this hotel but remember, you need a car because is not in the city ...

Great place
I use to stop at this plce everytime I go to Madrid. It is 15 miuntes away from Segovia and 40 minutes from Madrid. It is in the Mountais, but it is perfectly connected with two higways (From madrid to NW Spain (3 Km) and from Madrid to Segovia (600 m)).

We loved this place. We found it to have lots of character. The location is handy but not really close to any attractions. We had a car so it worked out perfectly for us on our way to Segovia. Good quality for the price
My wife and I stayed at the Comendador for two nights at the end of August 2006. I found it on the Internet and booked directly from the hotel site. It was excellent. If you have a car and want to visit Segovia, La Granja, or El Escorial the location is excellent, since it is about thirty kilometers from all three places....

Good hotel for a wedding in the area
Bit of confusion about this hotel as it recently changed names. The main areas have been updated recently. Amazing hotel
I had a really good experience in this hotel except for two things: SPA doesn't open in winter and breakfast is really poor! I would suggest to serve something more. They didn't even have the famous "jamón serrano"! As for the rest I can't complain about anything else. Rooms are big and comfortable. They give you everything you need!

Bad place to stay
We spend a weekend in this hotel, the rooms were not too bad, the forniture is in front of the closets so it is a little dificult to use them. The towels in the bathroom were too old well it was broken. The minibar was empty. The only good thing in the room was the bathroom. If i have to go back to San Rafael i will not stay here ...

Hotel stay as the culmination of a tour
While the hotel seems welcoming enough and well laid out the service leaves a great deal to be desired. Arriving after a long days travel we found the staff less than helpful,were referred to a next door bar for a refreshing drink with out access to the garden as it was booked for an evening private function....

the pool is closed on mondays!
A soulless place. We booked for 2 nights but gave up after one night. The hotel struggles to get bookings and is thus a little run down. Its on a motorway junction miles from anything.
We had a pizza in the pub next door which must be the worst food we have had in years. The airco couldn't cool the room, it was dirty...
