We stayed here for 10 days. The hotel is fabulous. The pools are great and so easy to relax In and around. The rooms are Modern and so spacious with your own fridge. Everything is spotlessly clean.

My faith in Novotel is restored. Withouth a doubt first class service. We had a hiccup but the staff and management was quick to resolve. This tell me they have all the procedures in place. Big plus for accommodating soymilk to our son.
