Staff - Exceptionally professional and friendly.
Food - Brilliant (full board). The choice and variation of food was superb.

Excellent as per other reviews
This is excellent hotel some 15 min walk away from beach and noise. Food was excellent, staff were excellent and all wore masks. Entertainment was good with 2 shows each evening and a children’s club.

We have stayed here previously and were looking forward to returning now that travel is slightly easier again.
The hotel is located in a steep, narrow winding street which transfer coaches cannot access so the drop off point is near the Poseidon hotel and if you have mobility problems this could be difficult to cope with....

We visited this hotel and now on our back to the airport . We travelled with two grandchildren 5 and 8.
Spotless and cleaned too a high standard. The cleaners worked really hard and felt there were often unseen. Children entertainment was great . Kids loved the soft play area .

We have just returned from a brilliant 10 day stay at the HR Princesa. The staff did absolutely everything possible to ensure that we had a super stay.

Family holiday
Absolutely fantastic holiday. Ideally situated. 5 minute walk from the old town and about 15 minutes from the min strip of bars and clubs. Food and amenities at the hotel were excellent. It was my birthday whilst staying and the put a bottle of bubbly in the room. Will be looking to book again

Cannot fault this hotel with anything, absolutely fantastic, spotless and very welcoming.
