Great Family Holiday!
Excellent hotel in a great location.Rooms were spotless and were cleaned everyday. We upgraded to Gold all inclusive for €20 per person per day and it was well worth it with branded drinks and unlimited snacks all day.

Break away.
Stayed here from 24th Sept to 1st October for a week, what can I say it was one of the best trips I had, the hotel was fantastic right down to reception staff and cleaners, entertainment was top class every night, room was so comfortable and we enjoyed every bit of our holiday here, loved this place so much we r going bk on February,

Family holiday
Absolutely fantastic holiday. Ideally situated. 5 minute walk from the old town and about 15 minutes from the min strip of bars and clubs. Food and amenities at the hotel were excellent. It was my birthday whilst staying and the put a bottle of bubbly in the room. Will be looking to book again

Great holiday

A fabulous hotel.
We have spent a week at this hotel, 4 adults and 2 children and I would rate it as follows:
Staff - Exceptionally professional and friendly.
Food - Brilliant (full board). The choice and variation of food was superb.

Been to Benidorm many times and the RH Princesa has been the best hotel yet ,comfortable clean rooms . The staff are great in every part of the hotel , there was 8of us and everybody had a great time here , looking forward to going back next time

Amazing staff and location
The hotel was lovely, clean and had a lovely atmosphere. The bar staff were amazing always had a smile and couldnt do enough for you. With all inclusive you got 70% off branded drinks which was a great deal when you wanted a change.

Fun, easy and accessible
Our 3rd time at the Princesa. Most of the staff are lovely, polite and helpful. Others (especially in the dining room) we're miserable. But Anis the young smilely female was very pleasent. Juan the manager is very professional and always fixes any problems. We'll definitely be back. Thankyou for yet another great stay.

Fantastic hotel
This is the 3rd time of coming here and we couldn't wish for a better hotel. All the staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. Cannot fault this hotel with anything, absolutely fantastic, spotless and very welcoming.

We have just returned from a brilliant 10 day stay at the HR Princesa. The staff did absolutely everything possible to ensure that we had a super stay.
This is by far the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The fridge and kettle in the bedroom were really useful and the bedrooms were modern and nicely decorated.

The hotel and pool were beautiful and kept really clean. Great selection of food for the all inclusive. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar staff, particularly Alvaro and Jorge, were fantastic and kept us laughing all week. The cocktails were fantastic. I'd definitely come back again.

I love this hotel! Check in was very smooth and the reception staff couldn't be more helpful. You can request a kettle for the room and they provide this with mugs and a selection of tea and coffee, but we always bring our own.
