Отель рядом с аэропортом, до центра добираться тоже удобно, хоть и неблизко. Отличный массаж, много разных видов. Есть сауна и хаммам, что большой плюс после насыщенного дня, полного экскурсий. Вкусные завтраки и меню в ресторане. Номер был просторный и чистый. Мы всем довольны, были 5 дней.

Late night arrival
Arrived very late, about 2300, reception staff we great and had us booked in very quickly. Bar/ restaurant was still taking orders, great for us to get a meal and a drink.

Great relation quality vs price
My fauvorite hotel in Madrid. Clean, excellent professionals always ready to kindly support and good location: Chamartin Train St. and Airport and by taxi in 10 minutes you are in city center. Price is really great almost during whole time of the year.

Madrid weekend
Excellent value for money. Hotel nice and clean with the staff friendly and extremely helpful. Did not eat at the hotel so no comments regarding food. We mainly used the Metro with the nearest station about a 15 minute stroll away although there is a taxi rank outside and paid about 10 Euros to get the the Bernabeu.

Nice hotel
Nice and clean close to bus and train routes to the city, good choice of food and drink. The only down side to my stay was the beds were hard no TV Chanel's in English if you go out the hotel theres no local shops or bars so your confined to the hotel

Lovely Hotel
Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean and modern. Great location too, 18 minute walk from the metro stop, or a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. I didnt eat here but there is a buffet style breakfast available, I did use the spa facilities. Very relaxing but be sure to take a pair of flip flops. Overall a lovely stay.

Value for Money
The hotel was a very new hotel and close to airport and Ifema exhibition center. The staff was very friendly and goes out of the way to help. The rooms were comfortable though the toilet shower area is a little small in a single room. The best part was the food. It was awesome and tastes great.

Nice looking, comfortable hotel just 30 mins from the centre of Madrid, about 20 mins from IFEMA. Quiet residential area, the metro station is about 15 mins walking, supermarket about 10 mins walking. Not so many places to eat around, but for the price you can wait a 30 mins trip to the centre

Hotel Nuevo Madrid
Loved the hotel, the decoration, the reception staff were very helpful. The room was ideal, spacious, elegantly decorated and quiet. It was very comfortable overall. The hotel is also only a 10 to 15 drive from the airport. An added bonus would be a shuttle bus service.

Good location for 'our' requirements with great transport links of buses and Metro. Very good continental and full breakfasts options.

This hotel has everything you need to have a pleasant visit to Madrid, it is not too far from downtown, and it is helpful to pay a visit to the best places of the city.
