Nice and cosy hotel The hotel is of very good quality for a 3 star hotel and very close to Borovets resort. Parking in Borovets is free of charge for hotel guests. New year We have spent very nice short 3 days vacation and the 2017 New year eve in Arena hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is very polite and the spa is of good quality for a 3 star hotel. I recomend it, because it is close to Borovets and the parking in the resort is free of charge for hotel guests.

Nice hotel, next to the sporthall Hotel Arena is situated in the city of Samokov, next to the river. It was built in 2012 and it is connected to the sporthall. Rooms are clean, breakfast is quite good and staff is very helpful and friendly. There is free Wi-Fi available in all rooms.There is also a nice restaurant, where one can taste local dishes....

Very nice I was there for three days. You can use the pool and sauna as guest snd spa if youpay. It is not thay expesive and it is very pleasant. Tou can buy anything you forgot to bring as sandles, towels,swimming caps and other. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast is very good and rooms are comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Not bad at all For a 3 stars hotel, it was what I expected. The rooms are ok, nothing special. The food was good, the SPA is superb. The fridge didn't work properly and was too noisy, the toaster in the restaurant was way to slow, but these are thing you can accept.

Decent hotel - location & staff less so Hotel faciities are excellent and extremely good value for money. Dinner was basic but perfectly acceptable and plenty of it. Buffer breakfast was very good. DISSAPOINTED The hotel had the making of what could be a fantastic hotel,Unfortunately it was let down by very very poor staff.The breakfast looked as old as Bulgaria itself.Housekeeping non-existent. The pool and spa were closed.The only saving grace was the cost,because of that only I would stay there again.

Next to the sport hall, yes. Nice, not at all!! Booked via Booking.com using reviews from here for my final choice,......... the wrong choice!! The straight truth is that this is a cheap hotel. It has distinct similarities to a cheap, poorly maintained motorway services hotel. I paid 30 Euros a night (65 lev), which is far cheaper than the hotels...

Spa Arena Samokov I DO NOT recommend this place for any spa treatement. Booked vouchers for Christmas and used myself their services - it was a joke! Paid a price different than the one seen on the internet, the massage was not really a massage (just oil application) and they even lack a massage table so one's neck is hurting at the end of the rela...
