Great staff great service nice hotel, small room, paper thin walls,
far away from the nightlife but cozy area. Grocery store nearby, on-site laundry. Not many restaurants around you may have to take a bike taxi or walk to restaurants… of course a McDonald’s is close by lol

Kids Enjoy the most.
Kids enjoy the most during the stay. They spend a lot of their time in Holiday Inn Kid's Club, the swimming pool and the beach.
Staff at Kid's Club really friendly and patient with the kids. Got paid and free activities offerred to kids and they really enjoy all the activities so much.
Holiday Inn staff also very helpfull.

Excellent location overlooking the bay of the beach. Fantastically smart and fresh hotel. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast is superb and good service from one of the staff, May. Pretty Good Property!
Nicer than many/most Holiday Inns in America. You come to Pattaya for anything but the beach (there are so many better beaches in Thailand), but a beach is right across the street. Take a tuk tuk to the pier and catch the ferry or speedboat to Koh Larn for some really clear water beaches.

Bay view rooms are amazing.
The IHG membership treatment is amazing. Received a room upgrade to a corner Executive unit with a sweeping view of the beach.
In room dining is amazing too. I ordered their pizzas and it was yummy. I highly recommend this accommodation if you are visiting Pattaya. Suitable for everyone.
