Современный отель, выглядит очень красиво, особенно вечером с подсветкой. Расположение в очень оживленном месте, так что все необходимое всегда под рукой – достопримечательности, магазины, рестораны, много развлечений. Хороший спа-центр, где делают тайский массаж. Атмосфера спокойная и расслабляющая!

Amazing hotel
The hotel is clean and close by the Arab restaurants . The personal are very friendly and helpful specially Vic. The hotel sets in the center of everything. Rooms beds are very comfortable and clean. No noise from the train or the road.
For sure next time I will book here again.

Happy stay with affordable price (value for money).
Hotel location is very close to Nana BTS, near to shopping mall. Staff are very good and helpful, specially help us to manage multi languages during departure to airport. The breakfast was heavy and delicious. Have a plan to stay next visit.

Ok is 200 really necessary??? No. 🤣🤣 unless u want me to write bad reviews. 🤣🤣🤣. But I was Happy. Clean and good location. Halal food is just outside literally and along the road. Hihly recommended. And Tq❤️for the room upgrade.

3 days stay in Dec 2019
Room was very clean and chambermaids were efficient in adding an extra rollaway bed for us. The toilet was also very clea and toiletries provided were sufficient. Overall, it was a pleadant 3 nights at the hotel.

Stayed at this Hotel for 4 days, it was clean and safe, restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible, I would book here again and recommend to my colleagues and friends, look for their staff, Mr Vic and Jen, they made my stay memorable with their hospitality, always willing to assist and to help you at any given time

Perfect and safe location..
The hotel rooms are super clean and the hotel is in a great and safe location. Every single staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a great experience in Bangkok including our hotel stay. Just a small note since i noticed that the hotel is full of families, the rooms are a bit small. Other than that all is perfect.

Good area to stay and Very helpful Staff
I stayed at Grand 5 for 2 nights and all that I can say is
“It was very worthwhile” the area is very accessible for shopping and sight seeing around the place. The staffs special credit to the concierge team especially Joseph was very helpful to every request that Me and my family have.

Great Place in Bangkok
One of the greats in Bangkok to stay in the city, a little home away from home in Bangkok. The place was very clean with wonderful staff and delicious food options. The hotel itself has a modern look with a lot of amenities to keep a family busy. I would recommend this hotel to a wide range of travelers.

Wonderful stay
I travel to Bangkok and stayed here 3 days. The location is very convenient for transportation, especially BTS sky train. Many convenient stores open 24 hours. The room quite small but clean. Staff are very nice.

Exquisite stay and a helpful staff

Great place to stay either business or solo
Friendly staff, great location, fantastic food around you, and ultra-convenient. Very quiet too.
Overall, I can't speak highly enough of the staff, who were always on hand and made sure everyone was well taken care of.
Will definitely return when I'm back in Thailand.

The reception satff service very good and impression. There are lack of staff can speak Arabic, but mostly speak English. The room I stayed is very clean but a little bit small. Foods are OK. Easy to find drug stroe and convenient supermaket Foodland down stairs. Good location!!

The location is great, nearby NANA BTS, surrounded by pharmacies, eateries, convenience stores, a 24hr supermarket just beside. Not too family friendly due to the close proximity of Nana Plaza, good for friends or solo travels.

Great stay and helpful staff
Good services and nice location in the middle of arab street in bangkok. At the ground floor there is a small mall and a-lot of shops specially for Arab and gulf.
The grand 5 hotel is the best for family staying in Bangkok

Easy to travel around
The hotel nearby to the BTS and also the shopping mall and also distance walk. If travel with family with children or elderly also very easy.With the hotel do have some shop for you to buy thing if need. Out side the hotel,also have fast food like MacDonald.

The Hotel was in an Ideal location with all needs inside the hotel. Lots of stores and close to where son's hospital appointments were. Many shops and restuarants in area.
