They made my one day quarantine for “test & go” easy
I was there to for one day quarantine in BKK. My package came with 2 in room meals for 2 people. The food was great!!! I normally don’t like hotel food that much. I definitely will be back here again because of the quality of food. Also awesome service.

Home away from home
The hotel and residence staffs were so handy. My guests were coming to Bangkok for a business trip so I booked the room here for two weeks. The process since booking til check out are very smooth and professional. The room was in a neat and good condition. I would love to visit here again.

The perfect spot in Bangkok
Stayed at Conrad Bangkok over the New Year long weekend. The corner room on 27/F had amazing uninterrupted city views. It was also larger than most rooms I have stayed at in the city.

Nice lounge experience in Bangkok
The room was same layout as Conrad Tokyo which is decent.
The room has nice view and glad to lounge was opened, Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails reception. All were great experience.
On the way to back BKK concierge service set Grab taxi as 500THB. Which is little higher as drivers car.

Great Business Hotel
Though my visit was for a family holiday, I would consider it a great business hotel. The staff was very helpful. Whatever request was made was executed with utmost satisfaction. Only negative was that the breakfast spread was almost the same in all the days we stayed. Wish there was bit of variety.

I have stayed in Conrad residence and Conrad hotel . In residence it abit out dated but theirs are many facilities in the room include washing machine , microwave, pots , pan etc.
Conrad hotel is good for relaxing.

Great two weeks!
I want to especially thank Nita who works in the executive lounge. She was amazing! Her love for her job is obvious. I would hire her for any position in my business!! The room cleaning service was also top notch. My only complaint about this hotel is the price for laundry. It is ridiculously high!! $6.00 USD for a t shirt!!
