Stayed in March 22
The Hotel and location were fantastic. Right next to mall. There are many places to eat of all types within walking distance from the lobby. The staff were 5 stars and ready and willing to serve. The breakfast buffet was 4 stars. Will be back on August 22

Nice lounge and excellent service especially by Mr EAK at front desk!
I like to come here when in Udon to enjoy a coffee in their beautiful lounge, which is spacious and sometimes has live music in the evenings. The service is very good, especially by Mr. EAK, who works at the front desk. He was very kind to me and helped me as much as he could.

The Best Hotel in town, the location is in the center of Udon Thani downtown. It is connected to the biggest shopping center in town. Only 15 min away from the airport. The interior of guest rooms have been rejuvenated.

Very nice hotel considering the location in a small town. The staff is outstanding. The service level is clearly above average and the location right next to the Central Plaza mall is a big plus. This is clearly the choice for Udon Thani.

Hotel and Shopping Center Convenience

We Love It Here
The rooms are always immaculate and the breakfast is excellent. Centara staff are trained to the highest standards and know how to make a guest feel welcome and taken care of. We have been pleased with the Centara brand every time, in many locations, and Centara Udon Thani never disappoints us. Highly recommended.

Amazing Hospitality! 👍
My wife and I experienced amazing hospitality at the Centara. The staff in the restaurant, reception area, and housekeeping were all extremely gracious and attentive to details. They even remembered who preferred cappuccino and who liked a latte in the morning! We plan to return soon!

Great stay at Centara, as always
I have stayed at Centara multiple times and have never been disappointed. Went on a recent trip to udon and stayed there yet again. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shout out to Som and team for the great hospitality! Definitely recommend to others!

Probably the best hotel in the city!
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the biggest mall in town which was an absolute plus for guests. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the warm smiles of the friendly staffs and within minutes, we were nestled in our rooms.

Great staff
We stay here for wedding party for 2 nights but we have accidentally lost our jewelry in lobby area. We contact Front Desk to check and luckily they found it. We would like to thank you all staff, especially Mr.Decha who taking care our case. We definatly come back to stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

Family visit to Udon Thani
Well located hotel next to the Central Plaza shopping centre. One of the most comfortable and definetely the largest hotel beds we have slept on. Good check in and check out service. Parking was arranged very close to the hotel entrance.

Great Hotel with a Great Location
Staying 1 night for my girlfriends birthday and from the moment we checked in the staff have been fantastic.

Satisfied with the service
Located next to Central World shopping mall with large parking space, the Centara Hotel is our good choice. Very good service (doorman was very helpful) with great assistant. Clean rooms, good breakfast. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
