Very good location, the friendly staff is helpful, and everybody can speak english, the breakfast buffet was big and excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The green attitude is good and have to respect this type of conduct from the direction of the hotel.

Will never hesitate to recommend this Hotel. Beyond our expectation experience.
Location wise, this hotel is very ideal as it is located in the heart of the city, the staff were all good. Food s available 24 hrs.
Adjacent to the very famous Department store, Central Udon Thani.
Accessible to all nearby tourist areas.

Very nice hotel, quick check in and very friendly staff all round.
The rooms are big, we’ve stayed here on 3 occasions and stayed in the suites and standard rooms.
Very nice restaurants in the hotel as well, food is fantastic and live music with a karaoke bar in the basement.

Nice lounge and excellent service especially by Mr EAK at front desk!
I like to come here when in Udon to enjoy a coffee in their beautiful lounge, which is spacious and sometimes has live music in the evenings. The service is very good, especially by Mr. EAK, who works at the front desk. He was very kind to me and helped me as much as he could.

I m a Centara member and I really enjoy the professionalism that the staff exhibits, they are a great team. Also the cleanliness and pleasantwith adequate and atmosphere of the gym with an excellent assortment of equipment. The pool seemed a bit shallow though

The Hotel and location were fantastic. Right next to mall. There are many places to eat of all types within walking distance from the lobby. The staff were 5 stars and ready and willing to serve. The breakfast buffet was 4 stars. Will be back on August 22

Just next door from Central Plaza. Close to everything. Besides they got great services. If you are new in town just ask the front desk they are willing to arrange a trip depending on your pleasure. Definitely go back again.

I stayed two nights here. This hotel is fantastic! I was very pleased. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Great amenities. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Attacked to the shopping mall, is attached to the hotel, so if you need anything, it's right there.

Nice hotel in city center
Used this hotel when visiting for the Loy krathong festival. Very convenient for festival and also right next to shopping center. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and room was spacious and comfortable. Main draw is convenient to shopping mall and other Downtown attractions.

Staying 1 night for my girlfriends birthday and from the moment we checked in the staff have been fantastic.

Rooms are a little run down, but considering it's age and location this is the most suitable option for me on my business trip.

Friendly and professional
We have stayed many times over the last 20 years and we will be coming back. Service and location is good. The rate is fair and the hotel is quiet. Lobby is big and the lobby bar is a nice place to relax, especially when there is music.

Everything seems to be just a little more spacious and grander to make for an enjoyable stay. The location just adjacent to the Plaza with a short covered walkway allows the car to be left in the reserved underground car park.
