They checked in and the staff apparently noticed from my dad’s ID that he has a birthday and sent them a bottle of wine and fruits to the room! My family loves the hotel
We love to spend weekends at the hotel- the season does not matter. Quiet, peaceful, with excellent SPA, large and comfortable rooms. A lot of choices to spend the day at the hotel or nearby places.

EXCELENT SPA PLACE ON A HAND DISTANCE FROM SOFIA
45 minutes drive from Sofia - use the shorter way via Bistritsa. The Roman`s bath is excellent and the effect could be felt immediately after use , especially if you combine with a massage /Sevi is just a fortune/. Asks for a room that faced the Rila Mountain.

My favorite SPA hotel
Great location with beautiful views. Large and clean rooms. Tasy food and excellent service. The hot outdoor pool with mineral water is just great for winter days! The place is lovely to visit in any season!

I deeply recommend!
We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. Suitable for all season vacation. The mineral hot water SPA is so relaxing, especially after skying in winter, to return in the hotel and relax. The location is very good for excursions. Good setvice, in short, highly recommended!

Nice place for a city run away

An ideal hotel. The view was beautiful, the room was comfortable and a decent size.
Nice balcony to chill out and have an overview of the hotel. A very decent poolside bar as well. The whole place is well run with quiet precision. The drive from Sofia was filled with amazing views that are unforgettable.

We stayed for a night on May, 17th, 2015. We enjoyed all of the spa facilities and I was very satisfied with the clearness of the pool and the fact that the sauna was very hot and well flavored. Rooms are very spacious and clean and the view to the mountains is spectacular.

Good spa hotel.
The hotel is good but a bit overpriced. The level of service is okay but they often get confused when you order room service. The spa facilities are good, however, they are spread out a little bit and the hallways are quite slippery. There is a huge amount of mold above the hot pool. The rooms are quite nice though.

It is a good idea to go to Belchin Garden after work - place which is close to Sofia. The personal are not proffesional, the spa is good, but there are a lot of remarks to this place. The price is not so cheap, so we expected to receive a better service.

Good for a weekend
My husband and I stayed at the Belchin Garden Hotel last July- we visited the place to attend a friend's wedding that took place there. The service was good, the food was OK and the wine amazing (and really cheap). Rooms were comfortable, but there were some issues with the wi-fi. Would go there again for a quiet spa weekend.
